Minimum fee for condos over 1,001 sf = $250.00
Minimum fee for houses/condos over 1,001 - 1,500 sf = $285.00

Condos over 1501 = $325.00
Residential Houses/Condos over 1,500 sf...

to 1,600 sf --- $325.00
to 2,000 sf --- $360.00
to 2,500 sf --- $390.00
to 3,000 sf --- $410.00
to 4,000 sf --- $490.00
to 5,000 sf --- $600.00
to 6,000 sf --- $700.00
to 7,000 sf ---$810.00

Other Added Fees:

• Detached garage or studio apartment to 1,000 sf = $100.00

• Above ground spa = $50.00

• in-ground pool or spa = $95.00

• crawl space = $60.00

• Mold Test w/ 3 samples = $432.00
  (for 5 day turn around )

• For Same Day turn around add $55.00 for each additional sample)

• elevators = $400.00

• Commercial Inspection Fees:  Minimum -------$500.00

• For commercial buildings  to 3,,000 sf --- $575.00

• to 5,000 sf --- $700.00

• to 10,000 sf --- $900.00

• Over 10,000 sf --- Call

• Add $300.00 for each addition building included in total sf.
