About Us
History
of RCP Inspections
Robert Pike founded RCP Inspections (Residential/Commercial Property
Inspections) in December of 1994, after 18 years in construction and
17 years as a Realtor. We believe, with the experience in both fields,
we can better understand the clients' needs.
Our
narrative report is especially designed for easier understanding of
the properties conditions. We continually upgrade our system of reporting.
Each report comes with a video tape which highlights the conditions
reported.
